Workout With Me

Fitness has been a huge passion of mine since I was 13 years old. Growing up, my parents were always in the gym staying active as well as eating healthy, nutrient-dense foods. That lifestyle rubbed off on me, and has become a huge part of my life that I absolutely love sharing with you all. I am a firm believer in balance, and I am constantly working to find that with my relationship with fitness/health. Now that I am a new mom, things are looking a bit different when it comes to working out, which I fully intend to share with you!
